The Pellet Cooler adopts the principle of counter flow cooling. Even high temperature and high humidity particles can be fully and uniformly cooled. The machine adopts a unique sliding valve mechanism to discharge materials, which is stable in operation and smooth inmaterial discharge.The temperature of the cooled particles is not higher than room temperature +3-5°C. Large output, good cooling effect, high degree of automation, low noise, and low maintenance.
Controlled by the intelligent system, pellets are gradually cooled from bottom to top, avoiding the bursting of pellets caused by supercooling.
The octagon cooling bin eliminated dead angel of cooling, which is beneficial to the cooling treatment of materials.
The unloading mechanism with the reciprocating linear motion of the slide valve makes the discharqe smooth and the flow rate adiustable.
